Do you service my city?

We’re based in Lake Elsinore and regularly serve Wildomar, Murrieta, Canyon Lake, Menifee, and Temecula. If you’re in a neighboring city in southwest Riverside County and not sure if we cover you, just call — we probably do.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We’re a fully licensed and insured California HVAC contractor, and an AWI Management Approved Vendor for affordable-housing property management work.

How quickly can you come out?

It depends on the time of year. During peak summer or a cold snap, schedules fill up fast — but for emergency situations, we do everything we can to fit you in quickly. The fastest way to find out is to call (951) 229-5348.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. For new installations and full system replacements, we provide free in-home estimates with no obligation.

What brands do you work on?

We service every major HVAC brand. If you’re not sure what you have, just send us a photo of the data plate on your unit and we’ll take it from there.

Do you handle commercial work?

Yes. We’re an AWI Management Approved Vendor and serve property managers, multifamily owners, retail spaces, and small commercial operations across southwest Riverside County.

How often should I service my AC?

Once a year minimum — ideally in spring before peak summer demand. Annual maintenance keeps your system efficient, prevents breakdowns, and is required to keep most manufacturer warranties valid.

My AC is blowing warm air. What should I do?

Don’t panic — most warm-air issues are fixable. Common causes include a tripped breaker, a clogged filter, low refrigerant, or a frozen coil. Turn the system off, swap the filter if it’s dirty, and give us a call. We’ll diagnose it from there.
